I can't say enough good things about this company. Sort by: Helpfulness Rating Date. Very fulfilling- privately owned and operated. Sales representatives are NOT employees. ZERO advancement opportunity. Balfour provides a very stable and work life balance. Now they don't even care about the employees. The managers are cool and as long as you are doing what you are suppose to they will not bother you. The management team is great and takes time out to listen.
